With this Retreat we have created something new.

A Hoop Retreat faraway from cities, traffic, everyday life & everything else which is often making life feeling fast and noisy for us. Instead of that, we gave birth to a long weekend full of nature, flowers, great food, mountains, fresh air, dance and familiar connections!

It offer us time to reconnect with ourselves, going deeper within our Hoop practice and experience a whole more creative & magical movements here!

We all share that one big fantasy together. Of creating space. In a sacred area. For hooping. For existing.

Four days within peace, harmonic sounds, rhythmic movements. Sitting at the bonfire together. Spotting stars in the universe.

Stretching our bodies in the fresh grass. Exploring endless variations of dancing with a circle. Failing. Repeating. Getting it.

Feeling us. Feeling the bright energy is floating trough us. In yourself, in the community.

Transparency is important for us and this is why we would like to bring you closer, what makes our event to what it is.

At Alpine Hoop Retreat, picking from World´s best Hoop teachers, has high priority, since we have been planning and working on the very first edition. Teachers, important volunteers, filming team, photographer, shuttle drivers, get payed fair for all their services.

AHR is a all inclusive 4 day Retreat, high quality homemade meals with love, additional catering, shuttle, sleep over in different little rooms, lift ticket, workshops areas, snacks & goodies, sauna, whirlpool & gala show are all included. AHR is mainly a Hoop event, but also offers different optional workshops from professional teachers every year and is not comparable to any related convention.

This Retreat was created from Hoopers for Hoopers to give them the chance, live out their Hoop passions, travel to different countries, learn in person from world class Hoop idols and making familiar, inspiring connections with other Hoopers from all around the globe. Working on one single edition takes at least 10 month preparation with full passion each.
